MAY 3 (Chestnut Hill) and MAY 5 (Normandy Farms) concerts

Hi PWMP-ettes:

Here's the plan:

Saturday, April 25 NO REHEARSAL

Tue, April 28, YES rehearsal 7:30 to 10:00. NO refreshments, but we will take a break.

Sunday, May 3rd.  Meet at Church of the Ascension- at 12 PM.  8300 Germantown Ave
    Call time at 12 NOON
We will sing at 12:30 and again at 1:30. Finish by 2:15.
Dress: all black to the floor and long sleeves; Flowery / colorful scarf

Driving:  remember, it's the Garden Festival and Germantown Ave will be closed.  It starts at 10, so parking could be tricky.  I'll be ubering over, I think.  Think about carpools, or get there really early in the morning and have fun on the Avenue.  Meet us at 12 noon.  (leave extra time to get there.)

Tuesday, May 5. 7 PM Meet at Jean Walker's Home in Acts Community Normandy Farms.  9000 Twin Silo Rd in Bluebell, PA 19422
Her address is 620 Farmhouse Circle
There is a guard house.  After the guard house, stay to the left and follow signs to the left for Carriage Houses.
That said, LET'S Carpool.  There isn't much parking.
And, I'm still talking with the activities guy. Hoping it will be in the auditorium after all.

Attn Julia Shoff:  If the soiree is at Jean's home, I'm sure your mother would be invited, however, prob no one else.  Not Barb or Lee or even Dottie.  It's going to be tight quarters.

    Call time 7 PM
    We'll sing at 7:30
Then visit / celebrate with Jean for a while
    Leave by 8:45-9:00
Dress: all black to the floor and long sleeves; Flowery / colorful scarf

Let's bring all the party food we want.  We will party with Jean!  Then clean up and leave.

As for the rest of the season, you voted NOT to meet on May 19, election night.
I'm available on May 26 if we want to party.  We could have a get together at one of your homes maybe?

As of this writing, Philo plans to rehearse on May 18 and have a party, but this might change due to the rehearsals later in June / July for the Phillies Game.
I'll let you know in case you might want to rehearse with us then

Email me with any questions.
